Hey!

the moment I truly fell in love with photography...

I'm a mama to three little wild things, a wife to my best friend, and a photographer specializing in Weddings for adventurous hearts! My ideal day would start with a nicely brewed cup of local coffee, a full day of exploring the outdoors, finished with a crisp glass of white wine - sipping while watching the sun set (and scrolling instagram planning future trips to all the National Parks)!

Ten years ago I would have never imagined I would be a Wedding & Adventure Elopement photographer. My journey to this point has been wild to say the least. Growing up I always had a camera in my hands. Camping trips deep in the Adirondack Mountains, kayaking, skiing, rappelling, climbing Mount Washington in a blizzard- you name it! If I was outside exploring, I was taking photos of the moments I never wanted to forget.

A little about me.

...was the day my husband deployed to Afghanistan. That day I went from capturing memories for myself, to capturing memories for him. At the time our daughter was only 4 months old, so a 9 month deployment meant missing all of those milestones (in person). I was determined to capture them all, and sent him care package after care package full of printed images for him to watch our peanut grow from across the world. 

I have grown and learned so, SO much since the day I purchased my first full frame Canon. I have evolved from a family photographer to a wedding photographer, and even then, finding my niche and passion took some time. I truly believe that time is best spent outdoors, and that exploring new places + experiencing new things is what keeps your soul happy. This is why Adventure Wedding photography is my jam! 

Although the title "photographer" is part of my name now, I hope to be much more than a photographer to my clients. I love to not only create beautiful, inspiring and authentic images, but I also love turning clients into friends!

I love learning about who you are as a couple, and then planning a mini-adventure on your wedding day, or a full blown adventure elopement for you from start to finish. I love hiking mountains with you, scaling ocean cliffs, carrying your hoodies so you can take breaks to warm up. I love giving you space to enjoy the views together, fixing your hair when the wind is wild, and I love to make you laugh! 

In such a digital world, I feel it is most important to stay grounded through connections with other people and the great outdoors. If you feel the same I'd love to be the one to capture all of the big and little moments for you! Let get outside!
